X-FILES: I WANT TO BELIEVE

Yes I want to believe that if you are going to invest the time and money into making a movie that you make a MOVIE and not just another episode. While I'm not saying its a waste to see this it is a let down. They could have and should have done much more. Its almost as if they decided the series has been off several years now so why put any effort into a GOOD movie. Lets just make it and get it over with. Why they even bothered to make this is beyond me. Wait for cable.

 

BATMAN THE DARK KNIGHT


Everything you have heard about this or are going to hear about this is true. Heath Ledger does steal the show and any and all the accolades that you hear about his performance are true. But let me tell you something there is another STAR MAKING caliber performance in this movie. Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent is just as good as Heath in this. This movie is more about Harvey Dent's downward spiral into TWO-FACE then The Batman or Joker. Don't get me wrong. The Joker is key and without Heath this movie would not be what it is. But Aaron Eckhart delivers a stellar performance. He is Harvey Dent and Two-Face. Just see this if you have not already. This movie will get some kind of Oscar nominations. And they are well deserved by all involved.
